Fireworks light up the sky Dec. 31 during the kickoff event for 豪华资源 centennial, the New Year's Eve Sparktacular, on West Ridge of the Fairbanks campus. The Sparktacular was organized by Mike Thomas, owner of University Chevron, and sponsored by community groups and businesses.
