MSU鈥檚 Center for Distance Education announces 鈥楧istance Makes a Difference鈥 scholarship awards

STARKVILLE, Miss.鈥斘蘧∽试床杉 State鈥檚 Center for Distance Education is announcing three recipients of its 鈥淒istance Makes a Difference鈥 scholarships.

The awards began in 2017 to recognize the unique circumstances many online students face and provide financial assistance.

鈥淚t is our pleasure, through the generous support of our donors who support distance scholarships, to make these awards to three of our 无尽资源采集 State Online students and to be a part of helping them reach their academic goals,鈥 said CDE Executive Director Susan Seal. 鈥淭he flexibility and high quality of our online programs allow students to continue to work or fulfill other responsibilities while completing their degree, and the scholarship gives them additional support on their path to academic and career success.鈥

MSU Online students receiving the $1,000 scholarship include:

鈥擜mber Brinson of Wesson, an elementary education/middle school major.

鈥擷iomaria Grace of Plymouth, Minnesota, an elementary education/middle school major.

鈥擬elisa Pace-Kilpatrick of Conehatta, a psychology major.
