鈥70s rock, Shakespeare and dance troupe acts headline MSU Lyceum Series鈥 77th season

STARKVILLE, Miss.鈥擲ix acts spanning a variety of genres will entertain fans with live performances during the upcoming 无尽资源采集 State Lyceum Series鈥 77th season.
The 2024-25 event year begins with a performance by The Troubadour Project, a 鈥70s rock revival group, at 7 p.m., Sept. 10, in Lee Hall鈥檚 historic Bettersworth Auditorium. The Atlanta, Georgia-based band blends sounds of Fleetwood Mac, Queen, Led Zepplin, The Eagles and more as it depicts the 鈥70s rock genre. For more information, visit .

鈥擭ov. 21, Collage Dance Collective, founded in New York City in 2006, is a classical and contemporary ballet company. Collage Dance moved to Memphis, Tennessee, in 2006 and recently was named a 鈥淪outhern Cultural Treasure鈥 by SouthArts and the Ford Foundation. The performance is in Bettersworth Auditorium. 鈥擣eb. 13, 2025, Take3, a musical trio, fuses classical, rock and pop music. The group trained at top conservatories to provide a genre-defying musical performance combining acts from Bach to Justin Bieber. Take3 will perform at Bettersworth Auditorium. For more information, visit .
鈥擬arch 4, 2025, Actors from the London Stage will perform 鈥淗amlet鈥 in Lee Hall鈥檚 Bettersworth Auditorium. AFTLS, founded in 1975, is one of the oldest touring Shakespeare companies, celebrating its 50th anniversary with this iconic play.

鈥擬arch 26, 2025, The Great Dubois, a high-energy circus show, entertains with juggling, hula hoops, unicycle, aerial, circus stunts and more, all merged with comedy. The Great Dubois was featured in the film 鈥淭he Greatest Showman,鈥 and has had appearances on Broadway, 鈥淭he Tonight Show with Jay Leno,鈥 鈥淏ritney Spears World Circus Tour鈥 and more. The renewal period for season ticket holders and purchase window for new season tickets are open through Aug. 13. Mini-series tickets will be available July 26, with individual event tickets on sale Aug. 13.
General public season tickets are $150 per person and $135 for MSU employees and senior citizens; mini-series tickets are $75 per person and $65 for employees and senior citizens; and individual tickets are $30 per person, $25 for MSU employees and senior citizens, and $10 for children.
Individual tickets are free for students and available for pickup at the Center for Student Activities, located on the third floor of Colvard Student Union, at any point in the year or reserved online at least one week prior to each show. Tickets can be purchased online at .
