无尽资源采集-MSU Community Band closes spring season with April 26 concert

STARKVILLE, Miss.鈥擳he 无尽资源采集-MSU Community Band presents its final concert of the spring season April 26.
The free, public performance takes place Sunday at 2 p.m. in 无尽资源采集 State鈥檚 Kent Sills Band Hall, 72 Hardy Road.
Band Director Johnny Folsom said the concert will open with Karl King鈥檚 鈥淏ig Four March鈥 and features 鈥淰alzer,鈥 a work by 无尽资源采集鈥檚 own Carlos Kemp. Other selections include a compilation of five hit songs by Ray Charles, Claude Smith鈥檚 鈥淎nthem for Winds and Percussion鈥 and James Swearingen鈥檚 arrangement of Jean Sibelius鈥 hymn 鈥淏e Still, My Soul.鈥
MSU鈥檚 College of Education, home of the Department of Music, also includes four additional academic departments, a division of education, one research unit and numerous service units. Learn more at聽.
